Maryville University Family Nurse Practitioner Programs

“Maryville offers six start dates per year with no waitlist, no GRE, and no campus visits required — the lowest barrier to FNP enrollment among programs at this credential level.”

Maryville University offers 4 Family Nurse Practitioner tracks:

  • MSN – Family Nurse Practitioner Concentration
  • BSN-DNP – Family Nurse Practitioner Concentration
  • DNP-NP – Family Nurse Practitioner Concentration (MSN-Entry)
  • Post-Master’s NP Certificate – Family Nurse Practitioner

All four tracks use the same 18-credit FNP concentration course sequence covering adult-gerontology and pediatric/family primary care, paired with three sequential practicum courses.

The BSN-DNP and DNP-NP tracks add doctoral-level capstone coursework and a scholarly practice project on top of that shared clinical foundation.

Part-time and full-time scheduling are available for every track, and clinicals are completed locally with no geographic restrictions on site selection.
